Part 14 - Touching The Earth
Summary of Sermon Spoken on 22nd June 2014 minister Donald Parnell, Dayton, Ohio. U.S.A.
"Give me a fish and I will eat for a day. Teach me to fish and I will eat for a lifetime." "We are going by you without fighting if you will let us, but we are going by you anyhow." ~Chief Joseph~
Brother Parnell's Notes from Brother Rob's message - The Senses of the Natural Man - Part 1:
Let us master this super sense. It's the sense of faith, that belongs to the believer. We have to have it in order to believe. Teach us how to use it, give us more opportunity to awake it. Fill us with its goodness and power. Keep us walking all the days of our life in the sixth sense. It's only given by Jesus Christ. Let us believe and receive its blessings of everlasting life and its benefits. Remove the doubt of the human spirit in our heart. You promised that it would come to pass. Let us be the ones. The sense of faith belongs to the believer, not the unbeliever.
GENESIS 2:6 - 7: But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. The Lord touched the Earth and it brought forth. Our Word-man touched our earth and formed it into the Third Coming. We have taken our earth and made it into another form, bringing it up-to-date.
GENESIS 3:1: Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? The dust that was formed for Adam to get in was the serpent.
3:2 - 3: And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.Garden = Earth-man, Adam/eve - it was okay to enjoy the senses but not partake of them in a sensual way. They were able to eat of the senses, but not touch it to be defeated and stumble by it. Naga: (Naw-gah) ... to touch: reach, strike to be stricken, to be defeated - to stumble. We touched the Earth/human spirit in the wrong way. By the New Birth we're no longer touching the Earth the wrong way, nor defeated by it.
"The Vision of the Hunting Grounds" "Touch the Earth": Brother Branham reached inside his outdoor vest and retrieved a pencil from his inside pocket. He said, "I've come to teach you something that you need a better understanding about". He then told me to take the pencil, handing it to me. I took the pencil and he said, "Point the pencil toward the sky and start to move it downward". As I started moving the pencil downward, the sky was ripping like a veil or a curtain. As the sky ripped Words were coming out of the pencil and filling up the new sky as it unfolded and consumed the old sky. I continued downward slowly with the pencil. I was amazed at the scene and started to stop. He said, "Don't stop! Keep moving the pencil until it touches the earth".The old goes away as the new comes in. Don't wait until revelation touches your earth... practice application. It becomes your everyday life.
I continued the line with the pencil until it touched the earth. When the pencil touched the earth there was an enormous, tremendous explosion; almost deafening. There was a flash of bright light that was completely blinding. I thought the entire area was torn to pieces and we were killed. However, when I looked around nothing was torn apart and we were still standing there together. He said, "That pencil is a powerful thing you have in your hand! What you have can change things quicker than anything that I had when I was hunting on these grounds".The inside man can come out and explodes things into life.
Then he said, "Point the pencil at that tree standing over there and move it to this spot over here". I pointed the pencil at the tree and picked the tree up out of the ground. I moved it to the spot where he pointed. As I moved the tree all of the scenery between the place where I picked up the tree and the place where I sat the tree down was changing right in front of my eyes. As the pencil moved across the area it all changed. All of the scenery was shifting, moving, and changing right as the pencil moved, until I sat the tree down. I was amazed and looked at the pencil intensely. I was wondering exactly what kind of a pencil I had in my hand that it would have such power to control the elements of the heavens and the earth.Prophets can move things around in order to change the scenery. The scenery was changed for us and we moved into a New Day.
Brother Branham then pointed to another tree and told me to move the tree, showing me where to move it. I pointed the pencil at the tree and did it much faster this time to see how it might work. The tree moved quickly across the earth with everything changing simultaneously just as before, only faster. He then said, "You need to understand the importance, and power, of what you have in your hand. You have changed the depths of this message for the Bride's understanding. It's wisdom to move with the Prophet. We're not obligated to tolerate filth.
You didn't actually rip the sky open, or explode the earth, or move those trees and change the scenery. Not in the natural! Nor did John the Baptist bring down mountains or lift up valleys or straighten crooked paths naturally. That pencil you have in your hand is powerful and has changed the entire thinking process of the Wife of Christ. As you told Jeremiah, "This revelation separated the true message believers from the rest of the message followers forevermore."Sixth dimension - a supernatural substance (a natural substance)
By the Third Testament Word, we (true Message believers) have been separated from the rest of Message followers forevermore. We touch one-another's earth by helping them. Practical application - touching the earth, helping others. Pay attention to one-another, love one-another. Always use the right opportunity to help others, not to put them down, but to be an encouragement.
Touching the earth - pulling something from the inside and helping someone. Pay attention to one-another; love one-another. Always use the right opportunity to help others, not to put them down, but to be an encouragement.
